Belltown Bloom is headed to the Crocodile May 6th and 7th, 2022

The second annual Belltown Bloom, an all-ages multi-venue Seattle music festival featuring two nights of music May 6th and 7th, 2022 is headed to The Crocodile.

Canadian indie rock darlings Alvvays are headlining the festival both Friday and Saturday, supported by a star-studded indie-pysche-rock line-up featuring New York’s Crumb, Wet, and Widowspeak along with the TikTok viral superhero singer-songwriter Penelope Scott. Payge Turner, who famously wooed judges of NBC’s “The Voice” with her soul-filled bluesy vocals will take the stage alongside Los Angeles pop-noir songstress Maiah Manser. Joining them are over 30 of the region’s most talented up-and-coming punk, soul, indie and dream-pop bands and artists. Some highlights of the Seattle indie rock scene include La Fonda, Tres Leches and Black Ends.

“We hope that Belltown Bloom serves as a spotlight for our incredibly diverse and eclectic local scene and we are looking forward to creating a safe space for all to flourish in an epic celebration of music from our legendary corner of the world at The Crocodile.” says Veronica and Valerie Topacio, Belltown Bloom founders and front women for La Fonda.

The weekend will serve as a platform for artists to bloom both artistically and professionally and will showcase the diverse and impeccable talent of rising stars in Seattle’s backyard.
